What are the subscription options?
We offer month to month, 6 month, and 12 month packages.
Month to month subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.
We do not allow for refunds or cancellations on 6 month and 12 month purchases
How can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your account on our website, or by visiting account.monthlymissionary.com.
There you can update your shipping address, pause, or cancel your subscription (we would miss you dearly!)
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Your subscription renews on the 17th of each month. Month-to-month subscribers can cancel any time! If you cancel, you will not be billed for the following subscription period, but please note that we do not offer refunds for any boxes that have already been shipped.
If you need to take a break, we reccommend simply pausing your subscription for a time. Then it is ready to go when you are ready to come back!
When will my missionary receive their box?
Boxes will arrive the first week of each month. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your box is on its way.
How do I change the address of my missionary's area changes?
We recommend using the address of the Mission Office of your Missionary. If you would like to send it directly to their apartment/home, you can update their address each time they move inside of your user portal. Any address changes need to take place before the 15th of each month.
How are the products chosen for each box?
Our core values for each box are as follows: Something for The Missionary, Something for those they teach, Something to bring them closer to The Savior.
We strive to ensure that each item in your box accomplishes these three purposes. If you have ideas of things you would like to see in a future box, PLEASE let us know, by emailing info@monthlymissionary.com!

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of your box being received. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund if applicable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping to the lower 48 US States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact our support team.
Can I return items from the box?
Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, please contact our customer support team at support@monthlymissionary.com to discuss possible solutions. We are happy to help.
